v1.1 (DRAFT) — CEO causality correction.
v1.0 described the CRM as the trigger surface for deal progression. That was wrong. The correct model: handshakes drive deals, engine drives money, CRM observes. v1.0 superseded same day. See the change log for the full correction record.

Change log
v1.1 (2026-06-28, same day) — Fundamental causality correction by CEO. v1.0 described the CRM as the trigger surface for deal lifecycle ("salesperson drags, CRM tells engine"). This was wrong. Corrected to: handshakes drive deals, engine drives money, CRM observes. Eight seams renumbered. S1 redirected (Real World → Chain → Engine instead of CRM → Engine). S6 redirected (Chain → observers, not Engine → Chain). L4 Follow the Dollar rewritten from H1 signature onward. New "Known EA Debt" section names 5 places in current code that violate the corrected principle. v1.0 superseded — do not reference.
v1.0 (2026-06-28) — Initial document. Superseded same day by v1.1.
Audience: Steer Co (Matt, Carla, Corrina) + future hires + auditors. Source of truth:
docs/ENTERPRISE_ARCHITECTURE.md (version controlled). EA function: Claude under delegated authority from CEO Matt.
