Pipeline kanban
Drag deals between the 10 handshake stages with your mouse. The system logs the stage change as a SYSTEM activity on the linked contact and updates the handshake completeness bar in real-time. No clicks, no menus — just grab and drop.

When you log in as the founder role, you now land on a personalised page that shows your KPIs (commission earned, pending, clawbacks), the tasks that need your eye today, deals closing this week, deals in cooling-off, and the last 5 things that happened in the system. Designed so the first 30 seconds of your day answer "what should I look at?"
See it nowTasks with due dates
Create tasks against contacts or deals. Set due date and priority. Complete with one click, snooze 3 days, or reopen. Overdue items go red. The 10 seeded tasks reflect real things in your pipeline — Sarah Chen's quarterly review, Marcus Webb's engagement docs, the Hugo Brunner clawback paperwork.

Download contacts and deals as CSV from the list pages. Proves your data isn't trapped in here.

Search contacts, deals, communities, UIDs across the whole CRM from the sidebar.
Try a searchRight now, your edits and stage changes persist for the current request but reset when the server cold-starts (this is a Cloudflare Workers limitation with in-memory data). The next major upgrade — wiring everything into a Cloudflare D1 database so changes save permanently — is queued for the next sprint. The interface, the flow, and the data model are real; we just need to swap the storage backend. Estimated 6-8 hours of focused work when you give the green light.
