The material change is one line: AC-2 serialises after AD, not in parallel.Backlog register originally showed AC-2 (IR pack) running parallel with AD (CRM). Sprint plan (D-SEQ-02) recommends serialising with an AE-buffer to protect delivery quality. The backlog was reconciled to match in AB-tail-4b.
