Flip 360 Commission Platform
Live working software · For Mathew Punter

Five minutes. One end-to-end story.

Instead of a slide deck, take five clicks. Each step opens a real, D1-backed screen of the working platform. By the end you’ll have seen the engine compute a deal, a payout fire through the queue, the member receive it, and the cryptographic chain prove every step.

See today’s commercial reality

Start where Mathew starts every morning — the admin dashboard. Real D1 data, no slideware.

What to look at
  • 12 ledger entries across 7 verticals — actual numbers, not seeded fakes
  • $6,074.50 net earned · this is what came through the chain
  • Payout queue depth, dispute count, active deals on the right rail
  • The sticky sub-nav: every operational screen is one click away

Run the commission engine on a fresh deal

The Simulator lets you dry-run a deal through the live Rate Card. No money moves; no chain rows written; same engine the production payouts use.

What to look at
  • Pick a vertical (Real Estate, Mortgage, Accounting…) and a product
  • Type a gross deal value, e.g. $800,000
  • Watch the engine resolve Rate Card v14: referrer / recipient / 1% platform fee
  • Read the explanation line — every split is auditable, no black box
Open the Simulator
Deterministic, versioned, testable.

Approve a payout through the queue

Click into the payouts queue. Each row is a Stripe Connect Transfer waiting to fire. Idempotency-keyed, RCTI-generating, audit-logged.

What to look at
  • Queued vs sent vs paid vs failed — colour-coded status pills
  • Click any row to see the full breakdown: gross / referrer / recipient / platform
  • The chain anchor link — every payout traces back to handshake H4
  • RCTI auto-generated on payment — one PDF per payee per tax period
Open the payouts queue
Exactly once, every time.

Switch sides — see what the member sees

Same transaction, opposite seat. This is what Mathew Punter sees on his phone the morning after a payout lands.

What to look at
  • My Commissions: every deal he’s sourced, with chain anchors visible
  • $6,074.50 net earned across 7 verticals (his actual seeded data)
  • Each commission row links to its handshake — H1–H5 — and its RCTI
  • Statement download · payout history · profile · KYC status
Open the member portal
Same truth, different lens.

Verify the proof yourself

The chain page is the trust posture made visible. Pick any handshake, watch the cryptographic verification run in your browser, see the hash chain extend in real time.

What to look at
  • The five handshakes (H1–H5) explained with worked examples
  • Live in-browser key generation → sign a handshake → verify
  • Watch hash_self link back to hash_prev — the chain literally extending
  • The same primitive ASX CHESS and Git use. Different asset class. Same engineering.

Trust is provable, not promised.
After the demo

You’ve just seen the whole story end to end.

Admin sees the truth. Member sees their share. Engine computes the split. Chain proves it happened. Payout fires through Stripe. RCTI is generated. Five clicks, five minutes, no slideware. If you want the deeper layers — the editable business case, the PMO blueprint, the architecture, the L3 deep-dive — they’re one tap away on the cover.
